And it should state on the store page which edition you can purchase/have in the description what it includes....you just need to read......
They currently have, what's labelled on their store as, the deluxe edition on sale so it's slightly cheaper than the standard edition which isn't.
The deluxe edition contains the Reagents DLC, so the equivalent on Steam is the Reagent Starter Pack Edition. Neither the standard nor Regents starter edition are discounted on Steam currently.
Okay, but it is not yet clear to me which one is the most extensive.
On Steam bv I see the outlast trials for 38.99 euros and the Reagent starter pack edition for 48.99 euros.
On another platform I see the Outlast Trials Deluxe Edition for only 33.74 euros.
So which of the 3 is now the most extensive.
