trade ban

i have problem whit my trade ban,my brother use this acc long time ago and they told me that he gone have 10years ban,its expired and i was still banned.i can only use credit card and buy items,but need trade so i can buy items on marketplace.

Those old Trade bans are usually permanent but were issued a 10 year ban to begin with.

Only support can answer this definitively.

Open a ticket and request it to be reverse since you served your sentence.
