I don't see that publisher FeelThere being trustworthy. They're taking advantage of people. Even their website isn't a website, it's a storefront and you can see they're using the 2020 MSFS logo above the fold here and have nothing todo with MSFS. For games with copyrighted logo's that would be illegal. Their website reminds me of Star Citizen's storefront.

The first one mentioned above, I believe is used in MS Flight Simulator. A MMO community of ATC's to control the skies in that game which I think has more people playing than all the games mentioned so far, combined. So the best answer I see is this:

The real answer is that being an ATC costs nothing, rightfully so yea since it's more of providing a service. But flying does cost money for one of the above games.
