I got it was already answered- I got that we have too wait between 30 min to 2h00.

I don't know if it is an server error, an anti fraud safe, or another issue.

It leads me to buy on throush another platform - same mean of payment - 5 minutes - unfortunatly another software to handle which is unconvenient.

I suggest you take the message literally: you're attempting a lot of purchases. That wasn't a single purchase, that was a lot.
That said, what exactly went wrong? Did you get an error while purchasing?

You can trigger that cooldown without making a single purchase. It's specifically talking about "attempts".

Might this help, I'm not sure I log all the chain, but it happens more or less like that :

First payment method : local paymnet fail to load interface properfly or proceed to the next step (tried more than one time)

Try to switch to International mean of payment :

First message, not litteraly : you have another payment attempt, we cannot process your payment.

Reload.

Second message, not litteraly : something get wrong. try again

Reload.

Third message : "wait It looks like you've been attempting a lot of purchases in the last few hours. Please wait a while before trying again a while"

So you have several purchase attempts. One purchase, multiple attempts. Which is lieterally what the error message tells you.
Do literally what it tells you to: try again in a while. That "while" depends on the first payment processor you've used (which didn't load). Rule of thumb: a couple hours should sort things out.

In my case I just kept spamming the Continue button and it worked. This was for the steam deck and I managed to get it at Q1 2022 despite the error lol

This has nothing to do with the Steam Deck reservation issues.

The cooldown is only 30 minutes to an hour.
