Can you convert your steam money back into your paypal or can you only use it for steam

Money in your wallet can only be spent on Steam.

If you added the money and didnt touch it at all you can refund it back to the payment method. That's it though.

You cannot launder money through Steam, no. As 9's points out, IF and ONLY IF you have put it into your wallet and NOT TOUCHED IT AT ALL (and I believe there's a short window for this, too, iirc?) can you refund it to your card or bank. Otherwise, no, what's sitting in your Steam wallet is *already spent*. Just like every other 'gift card' anywhere - you cannot then extract cash from it.

Same requirement as game refunds, yes. 2 weeks.
