Don't starve together crossplay mods?

Since I'm stuck in the house I wanna play some good 3 player games and don't starve together seems like a perfect fit, but we only have a PS4 and a PC so I'm wondering if there was any mods I could get on the PC version where I could connect to the PS4 version, really curious about this so let me know about anything going on in the modding community to get this working. Thanks to any suggestions or information ahead of time
