The newest Microsoft one is supposed to be *absolutely insanely* good.

To my knowledge it's still not out? I watch AirForceProud's silly videos, and he's very, VERY interested in it, so I suspect that whatever that one does, is going to be quite nice.

Theres a demo on the games website. I think it also has the most active modding community.
