I find this post funny especially the cope about there being no tourists in anime when the poster is clearly mad about loli/shotacon (which have been part anime/manga since the beginning) which is literally the biggest tourist indicator there is.

Also the fact that they try to say that just because not every anime has loli characters or whatever as an argument is weird to say the least because the opposite can be said as well lol.

Finally the attempt of an argument about people growing about shounen/shoujo (this is how they are spelled btw lol) is ridiculous to say the least. I guess I can't like bleach, naruto and other shows because some internet user says I should have grown out of it lmao also if you think that there is a small number of people that "don't grow out of these genres" then you are out of your mind honestly as these are the most popular genres for a reason.

All of this in trying to pretend there isn't tourists in anime btw, the irony is real here. Thank you for being the perfect example.

The stuff that are problems in fiction exist in fiction because those problems exist in the real world. Art imitates life. Because of things that happened to me, I wish I could be like Chris Hansen, or Skeet Hansen, or Protect the Innocent and stop predators from getting with kids. But I don't have the money nor the means to do so. What I do have the money and means to do is to call out Lolicon for what it is, CP.

A child that has a crush on an older person is usually, not always mind you, a symptom of a larger problem at home, because a kid doesn't really know what the hell love is or what a crush is. An adult does. An adult is capable of consenting, a child isn't. Kids aren't dumb, sure. But what they do lack is the maturity, experience, and wisdom to be able to make an informed decision.

And I really shouldn't have to say this, but the people writing stories about children having crushes on older people are being written by adults. And the adult brain works very differently from a child's brain.
