Titles of YouTube videos missing in embeds

If this was a long running issue I never noticed it until now, but lately it seems likely most of the time, embedded YouTube videos on forum posts do not display their titles. But I swear that wasn't an issue until recently.

Yes, actually. The province of Manitoba still uses a Red Ensign flag design, and also, there have been some political groups/movements which decided to start using the old Red Ensign flag of Canada as part of their movement's symbolism.
