When a sale ends, it should be End Of Day, but the morning of, not on a different timezone. Too bad.
How come Steam states a sale until March 21st, but ends it early. I am west coast and its not past midnight. I went to buy the game but now its normal price. They could have milked me for the COD II at a discount, but not at full price with how poorly it is rated.

The Steam Spring Sale, March 14th through 21st at 10am Pacific
They were pretty specific from the start. It was even in the sidewalk of the main graphics on the store front page.

The sale does end at the end of day for some regions. That's the thing about a store that serves people worldwide. They have to end the sale in the morning somewhere. It makes sense that that be the country where the store is operated from.

Besides that, major Steam sales have always ended at 10am Valve time since the very first one.

Activision puts it on sale all the time anyways.
