Given the current issues with DEI/ESG/ADL and BlackRock funding racist/biggoted/sexist "Consultants", I want know if my money is going to such horrible people and I have a right to not give them business/money. So Valve, where do you stand?

Well, maybe not everyone wants to play as a non-straight white dude. I would not buy a game that did not give me a different option for my character. As I am not gay, I am not interested in having gay game sex. So that game, IMO, would be woke if another option was not available.

Many games in the past have given people options. It's not really new except in the fact that it's now being forced into all games, movies and even ads at ratios not equivalent to representation in the populace. It's gotten so bad that when watching the Oscar nominated animated film Nimona, I made a bet with myself how far into the movie it would be before the first gay scene. It think it was only a couple of minutes.

It seems that all relationships, according to various mediums, are gay or lesbian. Hard to find a straight relationship anywhere.

Or maybe consider the possibility that you are not the target audience of a game if it doesn't you give the option you want? Nobody in the world is the target audience for EVERY game ever made.

What the other wrote seems accurate though. Although I will note they left out "economically devastating progressive policies especially towards native populations". It does seem games with SBI have put stuff into games or influenced them to the point it affects the ability to enjoy the game. Companies should never allow a party near their product that wants to do anything other than make a game completely enjoyable for the people it's meant to entertain.

Valve is unlikely to make a statement one way or the other, so claiming them as a client is relatively easy, just like how people claim Valve sponsors or endorses 3rd party sales that they did not make.
