Easy Anti-cheat in Steam games
Is it more trouble than Epic wants it to be worth? I have a comparatively old rig, but even people with up-to-date hardware are having the same problems as I am with games that have been including EAC (Hot Wheels 2, Elden Ring, Sea of Thieves). Problems like OS reset and function paths removed during file integrity validation.
Edit: This also happens after following the recommended 3-4 step repair/install process with what I am assuming is a game-specific activation code!
And, like I said... IT IS NOT JUST ME!!!

Use the game hubs for assistance or use the EAC support site. I have no issues with any EAC game. They also come with a repair/install tool if theres issues, in the game folder or the appropriate related folder.
