"The opinion of many users in the forum, says that :"
Achievements on the Steam are a farce.
Many users have written extensively on the steam forum that it is "possible" to use the "SteamAchievementManager" (SAM), without being banned.
So the addition of sony trophies to sony games on steam leaves plenty of room for cheaters.

Sony could convert the playstation store to pc. This is a possible eventuality
but the entire point with console is to make you buy it for the store why the hell would they ruin their platform like microsoft did to xbox

The main point of consoles is actually the plug-and-play ease of setup, and knowing your software is always compatible.
Read a decent of comments not all. But here is what I know. The studio shift up is mostly known for Nikke, and they have a very good track record of listening to their fans (the game is even on PC, after fans asked for a proper version without the need to emulate). Stellar blade is also a second party title. This game was originally slated for previous gen consoles and PC, that was its first ever announcement under Project EVE, also before sony got on board. The game was small in retrospect, prior to sony's involvement and funding. This is also a Korean studio, where PC and mobile dominates and this studio was popular in Korea prior to Nikke with Destiny child. The main reason of getting this game for sony is to expand their influence in Korea, where there is a very low console adoption rate. The real problem is it is not a third party title. It being a second party title, which i think is the first, Sony completely funded the development of the game. I think our biggest saving grace is that they really try to give their community what they want, and company is also going public, and regardless of the game does well, Korean investors would want them to expand to their main consumer base and make ever more money. My guess is 6 months to a year+. I personally don't see it taking it 2 years or more. But there's also the possibility that this game won't make enough compared to NIKKE, and investors might not care, since its not a traditional live server Korean game.

but the devs arent deciding here the game is owned by sony and funded by sony wich means it will stay on ps5 for ever

Is that what a second party game is? first time i've heard of it. Ik when the game first got announced they answered questions and said it was on PC, that was before the sony deal. Figured they were still developing it, and put it on hold. Would be stupid to abandon it, considering its a korean company. Figured it was similar to KoeiTecmo/team ninja, the game releases on PC once all the DLC content is released after a year or two

I don't know if that's forced to be the case for all second party games. It's just very uncommon for a studio to be funded by Sony and there not be some partial ownership rights.

Sony for example partial owns Dark Cloud & Dark Cloud 2. Level 5 can't make a Dark Cloud 3 without Sony's permission. Nor can they re-release the games on the PC without Sony's permission. Demon's Souls & Bloodborne are another great example. Fromsoft needs Sony's permission to do anything with those games or sequels to them.

Plus side, Sony isn't fully against PC releases. They usually greenlight them if the company is doing a sequel. So if Stellar Blade 2 becomes a thing, Stellar Blade 1 could hypothetically release on the PC as a marketing push towards trying to turn PC gamers into PS5 gamers if they want to try out the sequel.

Staying on the PS5 forever doesn't mean it can't come to PC.

We don't know Sony's thought process, or at least I don't. They have released a couple of games on PC, so they are obviously not like Nintendo. But, we don't know what they think about the result of these releases, or how they decide what to release.

So I guess Ghost of Tsushima 2 and Horizon 3 is coming soon then?

Ghost of Tsushima 2 has been leaked to be in development. People say it's going to be announced later this year.

In the case of the Horizon series, they planned to do whatever online multiplayer thing with the series all the way back in 2023. So that's the reason for that one I feel. Dunno if that Horizon mutliplayer thing is cancelled though. But it's the same thing with The Last of Us 2, which is also rumoured to be announced soon for PC. That one is no doubt because Factions 2 (the sequel to Factions 1 for The Last of Us' multiplayer) was going to be a thing. Just because Factions 2 got cancelled doesn't mean the other stuff that was meant to compliment it will get cancelled as well.

Fromsoft didn't want to continue those franchises. You can easily just make a similar game and not have Sony own full or partially rights. Hence why Demon's Souls became Dark Souls. And also why Sony felt no need to let Bluepoint release the Demon's Souls remake on the PC.

It's actually the same thing with Quantum Break and Alan Wake 2. Microsoft owned full or partial rights to Quantum Break and it's characters. Remedy wanted to use most of those characters, but didn't own the rights to them. So they had to redo those characters, same actors, different names and backgrounds.
