Is Eneba a good site?

I had no problems redeeming codes bought from Eneba, until now. Steam won't let me redeem this one code for Blood Bowl: Chaos Edition bought from there. Has Eneba been blacklisted?

I’ve used eneba and this is what their refund states…..

“ Since it’s a digital product and the key was displayed, you are not eligible for a refund unless the key is invalid or faulty.”

So yes, you can get a refund.

I have not buyed there....but technically the site only acts as a middleman like Ebay, and you buy your Key from someone else.
So in Theory you could ask the seller directly for assistance/refunds first (no idea if that is possible there), which probably all will deny.....or they would just sell the same key to someone else

They won't give refunds for displayed keys
