Is Eneba a good site?
I had no problems redeeming codes bought from Eneba, until now. Steam won't let me redeem this one code for Blood Bowl: Chaos Edition bought from there. Has Eneba been blacklisted?

Eneba is a GREY market site. Use at your own risk.

Any issues with keys bought from marketplaces should be directed from the site you bought it from.

What message does steam show you when the activation not works?
That should give you a clue why it wont work

No, it has not. You probably bought a key that has been used before, or for a different region than yours. What does Steam say when you try to activate the key? In any case, contact their support (their = Eneba).

It's most likely an out of region code. In other words he tried to get the game significantly cheaper than it is sold in his region. OP can try and ask for a refund, but chances are they'll refuse to give him one as he's displayed the key already.

You can ask for a refund at any moment, up until you display your key. Due to the nature of our digital products, we are only able to process a refund of a valid key, if you have not accessed the product yet!

Looking at that site, it says there are only 2 options: Europe or global? Which one did you purchase?

Even if it was a "Global" key, it can still be Store region blocked on Steam's end from activation.

First, I bought a Europe key, then Global.

Get a refund from the website.

It's the risk one takes when using grey market sellers.

They won't give refunds for displayed keys

Well, you are out of luck. That is the risk you take with third-party sites. They are the ones that have your money.

You could try contacting Steam support and see what they say. It could be that you entered the code wrong, a glitch in the system, etc.

Then do a chargeback.

Steam support will not help. One, he didn't buy the game through Steam, and two, it will look to them like he's trying to cheat a regional limitation.

This is why you should buy from legit stores. E.g., Humble, GMG, Fanatical. Each of those would help you if you legitimately got given an out of region key.

First time responding to this type of off site good site topics.

Gonna explain the situation with an experience and try and find how this might work.
A gas station buys bulk milk from a grocery since the delivery trucks cost to much to create viable proper materials to house milk in a gas station everything is something being leeched into through the membranes from all the fumes the potato chips have a eye staining tear duct drying situation and the milks has be phlegmed as if a grade school kid science project to make glue.

Okay so some off site buys this stuff messes it up some what and you buy and and figure ask those they are ruining by not allowing STEAM to keep things safe if it is okay?

Not even sure how anything tends to work yet buying knockoff sneakers and the laces break and trip and fall and you got to Nike and start asking them to go on strike because you won't pay for their shoes?
