Steam is stealth deleting negative reviews of games

This has to be a crime to stealth delete reviews of games. That's lying to consumers making it seem like the game has a positive rating after they delete reviews.

I only noticed because i looked at my reviews page, haven't done that in many months.
Never got any message about it. Very sneaky and corrupt.

No idea what their reason could be when they dont even tell me but I guess thats why they do it stealthily and thats why they wont tell you if you message them. They'll only say "we looked and confirm, trust us bro".

This is fraud to consumers. But as we have seen how corrupt steam moderators are, its not really a surprise they push this corruption to reviews as well. What good is corruption if they cant make some extra money from it.

Updating this OP to say they have admitted they made a mistake. Took many weeks of fighting for justice but it has paid off.

Valve does delete reviews without a notification as to why.

100% this has to do with the content analysis being stuck for hours earlier today.

Thats a Dev's responsibility not Steam. The owners of the game are the developers and publishers publish to Steam. Steam is a game client
Steam doesnt have any control over the games reviews .

Incorrect. Game devs can NOT remove reviews. They can only report them like any other user and Steam Support will moderate it.

Making claims without proof can be seen as offensive.
Also posting a game review that doesn't review the game can also be seen as spam.

By calling someone corrupt, you are making criminal allegations. Those are matters for a court, not something to be casually mentioned in a game review.

not really and i think most of the normal users will take my side on this. Steam is corrupt and committing fraud with the reviews.
