That just means you don't have it enabled, not that your PC does not support it.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/enable-tpm-2-0-on-your-pc-1fd5a332-360d-4f46-a1e7-ae6b0c90645c
There's a difference between not having it at all, and the TPM 2.0 just not being enabled. In your case that is the typical response when the PC detects your TPM 2.0 but its just not enabled.
I literally said that motherboard/bios doesn't support it. There is literally no option in the bios to turn it on, there is no bios update either for the laptop.
Nope; none of it, bios is very barebones.
It has fueled the discussion about game presevation, and that these kind of actions done by Steam and other big companies justify piracy. If I've paid for something but then suddenly cannot use it because it has been taken away or restricted access to it, what then?
or i guess you could fresh install win 11, thats just as easy.
i have laptop(s) as old as 2007 running win 11 pro and if i can find any older, im almost sure i can have it running on them as well.
or i guess you could try win 12
they run just as well with win 11, as they did with the OS they were made to run on, very slowly.... it is a pentium dual cpu lol.
so with that said, yes running and functioning as they should.

i was talking to the OP... never told you anything, but sure move to linux, i have used it as well.
have fun.
ill believe it when i see it.
edit: its a non-issue, there is already a bypass out, for the "check" they placed in 24h2, also seen quite a bit of other info regarding this topic and how to get around it easily.
Bypassing the requirement makes the system extremely more likely to be unstable. Haven't seen a PC yet that isn't unstable by installing W11 while not meeting all the requirements. SO that isn't even a valid suggestion to make.
if you say so, mine run stable... seems you or others may have had issues to figure out.
