It's not injustice. It's just a user who is incapable of providing common proof that they in fact own the account. This is the 21st Century and the stuff Valve asks for is normal for any type of account recovery nowadays. Failure to keep proper records of all this stuff is 100% the user's fault. Simple As, and much better than the alternative of giving hackers an easier way to steal accounts.

Are your tickets getting closed without response? If so, the account is still compromised and you first should secure the account before adding more stuff to tickets that hijackers can use.

You provide the proofs of ownership that Steam Support asks, it's not you selecting random stuff and saying "that's enough". Do keep that in mind.

The proof is a receipt from the WebMoney website. I attached WebMoney receipts and someone from technical support said that this was not enough, but did not say why. This is exactly what I want to know (why). And after his response, I attached a lot of old receipts that I suspect were not even verified. In total, I have attached 110 receipts and among them, in any case, there should be suitable ones. They don't want to deal with all the receipts and expect me to attach one, but how can I do that if I have many accounts and the receipt doesn't indicate which steam account it belongs to? I asked them to tell me the date of the transaction from my account, but they ignored it. I gave them 110 "Valve-......" notes from the receipts and asked them to choose any, after which I would attach a specific screenshot, but they ignored it. After my answer, the bot comes in, doesn’t find the attached receipt, writes that I didn’t do anything and closes the ticket.

And everything you just explained that you did there is exactly the pattern of things a hijacker would do when attempting to steal an account.

It is your responsibility to keep track of your accounts and the purchases specific to each one. That is not Valve's responsibility. It seems you might have too many accounts to handle and probably should stick to just one until you can handle that one without it getting hijacked or getting buried in receipts.
