See, the interesting thing is that you don't even name at least some of those games, so nobody can even speculate about what you're looking at.
Steam does NOT give you random presents. So, you either added them yourself, or somebody else is using your account and has added them for some reason.
Oh... just untick the "[x] Tools" checkbox in the library filter.
Everyone has the servers, even if they don't own the related games. As the above users says, filter out the Tool section. Alternatively you, you can also use the "Hide" option to hide the ones you'll never use: Right click on a selection > Manage > Hide selected.
You're account has not been compromised. You're looking at the Tools category, everyone has them. Nothing to worry about. You can filter them out and/or hide them if you're never go to use them.
Proton is Valve's self-contained version of wine used to run Windows games on Linux, it shouldn't even be an option on Windows builds of Steam...
Even so, Valve do list them in the Steam client on Windows =/
