Chinese New Year Sale

EDIT: I just refreshed the store page and the Chinese New Year event appeared and Next Fest disappeared ... WEIRD!

If I go to the Steam Store page there is no Chinese New Year Sale, but I have the News popup window that includes a link to the Chinese New Year Sale. If I click it then I get taken to the page with the sale on.

But it's unavailable on my main Steam Store page. Something broken?

On my main page is the Next Fest event. On the news popup - Chinese New Year event ...
I have access to both. But I think if I shut down Steam then I wont be able to access the Chinese New Year page any more.
