Probably not, since I think that issue is caused by Mac OS's that level and above no longer being able to run 32-bit programs. So nearly every piece of older Mac software, that wasn't "pro" enough to make a 64-bit executable, died when that OS came out/was installed. Only solution is for the devs to update the app for 64 bit. Which, for older/smaller stuff? Isn't going to happen. Even if the dev team is still around.
It's kind of like the whole "Steam will no longer support Win 7" thing, just on a grander scale, since it's being done by the OS itself.
edit: there'll probably be another round of this in the future, when M1/M2/etc Macs have been around long enough that Apple decides it's no longer worth it to support Intel CPU emulation in the OS.
(Just like when the Intel chips had been in use long enough, and emulation of the older Motorola CPUs was dropped.)
Killed too many great iPhone/iPad/iPod touch games, and due to IP/copyright issues those games are likely not ever coming back. :( (I lost some paid games too.)
(NOTE: Those older iOS 32-bit games only work on iOS 10.x or older.)
OP, try upgrading to a newer macOS version.
If not possible, I am afraid you need to purchase a new PC, Mac or Linux computer.
