There is none since you cannot install it in any normal way. (You can via a command line.)

But, that game made to test some functionality on Steam is widely used by... err... questionable individuals to run "unauthorized" copies of games.

As this "game" is just a Steamworks tech demo to show game developers on how to implement Steamworks features, it does not have a store page.
It also is notoriously known for being popular to abuse the appID to pirate Steamgames.

It's a test game to educate developers on how to set things up in the store.

Well, there is a game there. If you like spacewar that is. But, yeah, mostly used for bad stuff unfortunately.
