It's a known scam site. When prices are so cheap it's too goo to be true.

The site you mention is most likely the one that starts with G.

Well, there's a reason why the name is censored on Steam, and all you have to do is make sure that you read carefully before buying something, in the game description is mentioned when you're buying a key or a Steam account.

Anyway, you might also want to keep in mind that those Steam accounts might have been used for scamming other Steam users and that there might be a ban incomming at some point.

OP bought a steam acc from a keyshop and paid in full. the keyshop is not gonna refund anything

So you went to a scam site, and got scammed. Sounds legit to me.

TrustPilot unfortunately tends to side with scammers. Note the genuine Steam site is rated poorly there while the "three hearts" gets an excellent rating.

Not only that, but they tend to "sell" the same account to several people at the same time with the buyer(s) promising to not change the password, etc.

Which is a direct violation of Steam TOS.

Selling the actual account should have been your first red flag. You can't do that, as in the SSA strictly and specifically forbids it.

Buying, selling, or trading Steam accounts can get the offending account and every other account that you own permanently restricted.

Well, duh. But then what do expect form a site that thrives on keys purchased with stolen payment information, etc.? If people are that desperate to play these games they're going to buy Steam accounts, do you think those people really care if it's against Valve's rules?
