Anyway, you might also want to keep in mind that those Steam accounts might have been used for scamming other Steam users and that there might be a ban incomming at some point.
Not only that, but they tend to "sell" the same account to several people at the same time with the buyer(s) promising to not change the password, etc.
How that doesn't set off red-flags to people handing over money....
Buying, selling, or trading Steam accounts can get the offending account and every other account that you own permanently restricted.

Well, duh. But then what do expect form a site that thrives on keys purchased with stolen payment information, etc.? If people are that desperate to play these games they're going to buy Steam accounts, do you think those people really care if it's against Valve's rules?
