Private Screenshots show up as public on "Year In Review"

Last year had the same issue.

If your have private or friends-only screenshots as the most recent screenshots for a game, they show up in your Year In Review for anyone that can see it.

Not a big deal for the majority of users I guess but still seems like an oversight.

I made my Year in Review public, got the share link, accessed it in a browser window that wasn't logged in to steam at all.

I could see my private screenshots there.
