I realy cant play anime style hack&slash games
I played Code Vein before and now i was trying to play Scarlet Nexus but damn.

Both games have more cutsceens, lore dumps, text and stupid activitys to increase your team level. And has less of a gameplay.
I just wanna play the game and yet if i play 10 minute game forces me to watch 1 hour long cutcseene and im not even overrating right now.
I gave up on Code Vein and skip entire plot before this. I didn't wanted to do the same with Scarlet Nexus but i think im just gona quit all together.
I was planning to buy Nier Automata is it the same ?

I mean if cutsceenes where acualy good it maybe fine but they are just unending slide show with bad voice actors. And ost's are no copyrighted free musics. When something suppouse to be emmotional on the background happy music keeps playing.

If you can't play them.... just don't. You don't have to play every game that was released nor do you have to finish every game you buy. There's that thing called "target audience" and Japanese media seem to be rather specific about it. They aren't trying to be liked by as many people as possible, but appeal to a more specific crowd. If you don't find yourself being one of them, that's fine. Put them away and play games you enjoy more. Edit: nobody will judge you for not liking a genre or style of games.

Ah. Can't say I'm familiar with them. Good luck finding something more up your alley either way.

If games or certain genres/subgenres/gametypes aren't for you, don't play them. The games you mention are known for being cutscene/story heavy.

Nier is a story driven game, so you can expect cutscenes to be in it. Though from what I've heard it's mostly many instead of long ones. But I've yet to purchase and play it.

Not really. My sense of direction in 3D games leaves a LOT to be desired and my fingers and a controller just don't want to agree. You can always try asking more on the games' community hubs. I think they're popular enough that you won't wait long for an answer. Also, you can always check out a gameplay video on Youtube and try to gauge whether the cutscenes are too long for your taste or not.

For Nier i know it has real soundtrack and they didn't cut from any cost. But it is close to be in this anime style this is why im afraid of it.

Im personaly in to Hack&Slash games and im fine with cutsceens and story. To this day Darksiders 2 still my best game and its story is a masterpiece. But this was to much for me i havent even reach half of Scarlet yet and i watched more then 10 hour slide show. I wont be playing any anime style game any more so i was wondering if Nier is the same

Code Vein is maybe 10 - 15 minutes before you're playing, and that's assuming you play the tutorial. Standard for most games, regardless of what country they're from. Of course it can take longer because that character creator is a lot of fun, and you could easily spend an hour there.

Scarlet Nexus is quite bad though. I was disappointed to find that most of the cutscenes were presented as still images after Code Vein had fully animated scenes.

If you play Nier Automata be sure to set aside at least an hour for the introduction. There's no autosave, so if you die it's back to the start.

For codevein there was memory fragments if i remember correctly. Each memory fragment was causing 5-10 minute long interactable cutscenes and there was 100's of memory fragments in the end i was skiped all of them to finish game

Those "anime style hack & slash" games you list, are JRPGs, not pure action hack&slash.

So, yeah - they've got cutscenes and story.

And yes, based on your issues, avoid the Nier games, they've got plenty of cutscenes & story too.
