why are players saying racial slurs everytime when i playing a game

so basically everytime i playing a multiplayer game some players are like starting saying slurs like the hard r and the n word and all sort of stuff, so actually i hate when i keep say this for a thousand times but i actually have a brother who is black and tbh as i kept playing a game in a hour or so i realize that valve always dosent care about their reports and the terms of service. and not just all but im german and it is also offensive when somebody mentioning the salute or sayin u know (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ / ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) and yea i have nothing else to type about but im just curious of why they being controversial/racist/homophobic (btw if ur reading this i would apologize for all the struggleling bc im not the best at typing tho)

Report them using the in game reporting system and mute them.
