for some reason my download dropped down to the lowest ever... some tipps on how to fix that ?
normally got around 80MB/s now its at 2.3MB/S

ISP Throttle or Steam Servers are busy.
Generally its best to do downloads over night while your asleep.

Only other option is to VPN around it.

Yeah its a thing - also make sure your not doing some weird "Transfer" - picked up an LE OLED Steam deck and it was downloading games at 1/3rd of my normal rate only to find out my internet connection was faster by far.

Seems it was reaching out to my main PC and pulling files - odd it would be SLOWER.
