GeForce now file launcher

When I launch games from Steam is uses local file (C: drive) when you look at the "File location" in properties, but when you launch the game using GeForce now, it changes to B: drive.
To me this is using a cloud location to launch not the local file?
Can you change this?

Geforce NOW does not use your computer's files to play the game - it streams the game from Nvidia's servers to your machine.

The game is running on Nvidia's computer, not your own.
