The new account will show all installed games on the same PC in its library, thats normal.
But it should have a PURCHASE button instead of the usual PLAY button when looking at the games.
So ill just say this instead.
It's kind of a bad idea - as it makes life a little hard in terms of authentication/security/back-tracing.
So hopefully you take copious notes because having a schizo email account with multiple steam accounts is not exactly a easy thing to track....when things go very wrong.
So yeah - go for it...but ill pass.
It actually is fairly easy to track. You just tell Steam your forgot your login, then it will ask for a email, you enter it and it sends a "account restoration" email to the registered email.
If you click the link they send you you get a list of all registered accounts on that email with a list of the display names and avatar. Then you can reset the individual passwords if you want.
For a rational/common sense/thinking person - yes.
But you HAVE seen these boards right? :)
I'm reluctant to encourage such things.
