Hitman 2 in steam without purchase

uh guys yeah in my steam account i see hitman 2 (2018) it shows me the size as 14gb but on web it shows 60 gb. i also saw my purchase history i didnt buy hitman 2 so hows it in my steam library can anyone explain this to me and even if its in my library why it shows 14gb size instead of orignal 60gb

hitman 2 had a free starter pack, kinda like a demo

both hitman 2 and the starter pack were delisted and isn't sold anymore since they repackaged hitman 3 as hitman world of assassination
