Worst cyber monday / Black friday sales every this year..

It was sad this year as nothing good was truly on sale this year on black friday/cyber monday. And the prices for b rated games is laughable as a whole. no B rated game should be more than $10.00. yet being sold for 24.99 or more !!! lol
I remember when A listed games went for $5.00 on cyber monday /black friday years ago. those days are gone ..

Ya,m those days are gone because the devs finally realized that they dont need to lower prices that much. They realized that games that people want to play have longevity and people will pay more than $5.

Was it nice? Sure, but none of them are charities that need to give their games away to the tin cup set.

Speak for yourself. My wishlist got a couple dang good discounts going on, and that's after I bought some games off it.

I love buying DLC for various games during this time. Stellaris, Gas Station Simulator and stuff. Shaving off a few bucks when you are buying in bulk can help. Also, this isn't there big winter sales is it?

There was plenty on my wishlist with good prices. Bought some of them. Also found other deals that were good.

The major sales (Summer, Autumn, Winter and now the new Spring one) usually have similar discounts. The only thing really bigger about the winter sale is the sales period, which is around 2 weeks then instead of 1 week, and an extra badge (trading cards).

Ever since people complained that they couldn't be online for the flash sales and special sales that steam did, steam turned into a standard shop with nothing special. You can find better deals throughout the year.

Thanks to the people who complained we now have a crap sales event. It used to be much much better.

You should study your history - this sale is like all other sales before it.
Nothings really changed - inflation is just worse this round.
