I doubt it. But personally, i would love an Xbox Steam partnership. Meanwhile, only thing you can do on Xbox, is subscribe to Ge Force Now, play it thru Edge on your Xbox, and you get access to the Steam Workshop and games that way.

If you join Ge Force Now, acces to your Edge Browser on Xbox, and already have the games they cover in your Steam Library, then in many cases, yes.

And for the Workshop, just go to the Workshop on the games you own here on PC, click the mod, and when you start up the game the mods should load on Xbox. Not all games, but most i use.
