Blank Screen at Checkout

After clicking the "Purchase for Myself Button" or "But as a Gift" I am sent to a blank checkout screen. Any ideas?

This specifically is an issue with Family View that cropped up a couple weeks ago. Valve and support both know about it.

Use a browser to completely disable Family View first (this is not the same as using the PIN to turn it off). Then you can use both the Steam client and the mobile app to make your purchases.

You can re-enable Family View at any time after you disable it. It will fix the issue.
