I can't leave a big picture mode!

Help! I've tried everything I found on all forums and youtube, nothing works. When I'm opening Steam the only thing I can see is choose your laguage and it gets stuck on choose your network. In the menu is no button to leave the pig picture and Alt+Enter just disables the app. Any ideas?

Bottom left corner, click on "Steam."

Choose "power."

Choose "exit Big Picture Mode."

When in the regular client, top left corner, click "Steam."

Choose "Settings."

Go to "Interface."

Turn off the toggle for "start Steam in Big Picture mode."

I'm having this same issue. there is no "exit big picture mode" under the power option. I cannot set up since it doesn't recognize my network.
