Steps to take NOW:
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
Follow the steps I outlined if you want. But I highly suspect the moment you do all of those, your tickets won't autoclose anymore.
If your support tickets getting closed without a response your account 100% has been hijacked because that is a sure sign of it.
Support will ALWAYS answer any support ticket, even if its just a automated answer.
Instant close = your account is compromised
I would highly suggest following the list that rawWwRrr posted above.
Because a hijacker is closing them from your account.
Just do one thing.... go here and see if you have an API key:
https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
If there is one, your account is compromised. Follow the steps I outlined above. Figure out the Prime Status later.
Whats the point in making a thread if you're going to ignore everything said?
We have seen then countless times. Yes the hijacker can remove prime from your account, yes you can restore it for free.... after you follow the steps provide above.
In any case - good luck and hope you get your account back - but be prepared to deal with the fallout.
I'd also check your other accounts as well.
9 times out of 10 - this is the result of you getting phished or giving out your information.
Take the hit - learn and grow - be stronger for it - either way - I wish you luck.
