Pro tip: never buy a game for base price.

Wait for the autumn sale, which is today.

Too early for autumn sale, in this case (cod mw3).

Activision is not going to lower the price of their brand new games, even when the currencies were updated.

They haven't touched the price for Turkey... https://steamdb.info/app/2519060/

The new MWIII won't see a sale until at least December 10th, a full 30 days after launch. This is a Valve rule for new releases.

It is still the pre-season anyways. They usually don't put their new CoDs on sale until the holidays in late December or at the latest, February of the following year.

You're confusing the new currency regions with expected price drops. Prices aren't going to automatically adjust to lower price points because you've been placed into one of those new regions. Publishers must still manually adjust the prices as they see fit and are not obligated to lower them at all.

Why would an American company sell their product to you for less than what they think their product is worth?

If anything, expect prices to go up to match the currency value that they will charge now.
