Ask the publisher to bring it to Steam. Valve has no say in if it comes here and does not go around begging companies to release their game here.

There is no problem, just buy it on GOG. It works. Or if you're a purist just buy the original CD boxed version...

I have the Original Boxed Version. And I have GoG but I don't want to buy it there. They support ESG Brainwashing and have choosen the wrong sponsors.
Also, Steam is my favorite gaming platform for 16 years now. I have no problem with paying 10 bucks again and supporting steam with 30 % with that. I get attached forums, guides, discussions, artwork, screenshots, and gametime / achievment counting. While having a great chat and voicechat interface. I love Steam.

Thx ! - I posted it in the thread, but the creator is a Retired community Manager. Who knows if someone of the official Valve / Steam Staff is even still monitoring that thread.

They're not. As has been explained, you need to contact the publisher. Valve/Steam do not reach out to publishers to ask them to put a game on Steam.

You'll have to contact the publisher yourself.

Not every game is on Steam, not every game will be on Steam, buying a game from a store that actually sells it is a solution. And publishers decide where games are sold, not Valve. If you don't like those answers and engage in name calling over it, that's a you problem.

So why didn't you offer any answers to the OP and his reasonable questions, then?

OP, if you want a certain game on Steam, try reaching out to the publisher. Let them know there's interest in the game being sold here. It might be, however, that they have an exclusivity deal with GOG com, and for one reason or another, the game is sold through them only as part of some contract terms.
