Also, Steam is my favorite gaming platform for 16 years now. I have no problem with paying 10 bucks again and supporting steam with 30 % with that. I get attached forums, guides, discussions, artwork, screenshots, and gametime / achievment counting. While having a great chat and voicechat interface. I love Steam.
You'll have to contact the publisher yourself.
So why didn't you offer any answers to the OP and his reasonable questions, then?
OP, if you want a certain game on Steam, try reaching out to the publisher. Let them know there's interest in the game being sold here. It might be, however, that they have an exclusivity deal with GOG com, and for one reason or another, the game is sold through them only as part of some contract terms.
