norton doesn't false-report. it's norton. norton is good. probably the one and only seriously good protection ware out there.
Every av/security suit can give false positives.
And a lot open more security holes then they protect you from....

Funny you should mention, TODAY, that you've never had a problem with Windows Defender. Earlier I was talking to a guy who runs a computer shop, and he said he's been using Defender for over 10 without a single problem. Maybe it's a sign I should switch?
