Part 2, good luck decoding 240 FPS video stream, unless have a really high speed internet connection.
Part 3, still need that high refresh rate monitor in your own place.
So... no where near a gaming PC's performance.
People that play on actual hardware will always have the advantage, especially with 360hz monitors or higher.
Cloud gaming works best on slower paced games that doesn't require fast input.
I use and get a near 60 frames at 1080p, and i'm at the lowest paid tier. Forza, Racing, Truck Sim all work flawlessly with no issues. Arma 3, Hell Let Loose and others, same deal.
And i play thru an old Xbox One.
Biggest issues i hear, are from those overseas. Otherwise, only complaint i hear, is everyone wants their particular game on GFN.
Best bet, try the free service if you can get it, but the qeus are pretty long.
What the video is showing of is that it is better then it was before with the new option they have. But the issue with video game streaming is unlike streaming a movie, as suggested above, they need to have servers everywhere as if they are not close to the end user, the end user is going to have a bad time. Whereas with movies that delay makes no difference so requires much less infostructure to work well for more people.
