You can't get your steam wallet money to a bank account. As steam wallet money is basically store credit.

Just to note, if you are thinking of cashing out by using a third party trading site, I would seriously rethink that option. You will only lose out in the end, because despite how many random YouTubers tell you to trust them bro, those sites are legit - no third party site is actually legit and you will only end up with your account getting hijacked, your inventory stolen, and your account getting a game and/or VAC ban.
