id say that 10% is nearly nothink so its kinda useless.
oh wow, great thinking, couldnt think on HOW im gona send 2.43 dollars to him if its under 5 dollars, i honestly want to see great comments and not just random comments thinking 5 dollars is small, like 5 dollars in my country is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 2k drams, wich i cant afford obviously.
but back to the comment, i cant, i dont have credit card nor im adult to do so.
- If the item is greater than 10% between you & friend using different currencies that may be reason why can't gift the item.
- You can use external payment method to gift Steam wallet funds to your friend.
- If there keys for the game you can buy them off key retailer site can use isthereanydeal.com
There are some games that, depending on region, cannot even be gifted between people in that region. Also note that just because a game is 70% off, it doesn't remove the difference in price between regions. A game that cost 100 USD in one region and 10 USD in another, is still going to keep that same disparity in price at 70% off.
