Steam Community Market errors

Whenever I navigate the Steam Community Market, I run into these errors and the page fails to load. For example, I'll type something in the search bar, hit enter, and it'll say there was an error with the search. I sometimes have to retry it 3, 4, 5 times before the page loads.

Then I go to sort it by price ascending and it causes another error so I have to do the whole thing again. This happens both on the Steam Mobile App and on my desktop.

Is this a known issue or just me?

Same here, it's very annoying and takes so much time to search for an item or just to browse in a category...

I am also having a similar problem but only checking out individual items on the market.

I can't seem to load a blessed thing, and I want to complete my winter sale badge. Single items, multi-buy, nothing. All "trouble connecting"

too much errors, I'm already tired of them. It is impossible to purchase anything.

This happens every year at this time and they never seem to fix the same issues that always happen at the same time like this...no idea why I have to refresh pages 5 or 6 times, upgrade your servers already!

Thank Valve for sticking with the idea of turning Steam into a Chromium framework.

this has been an ongoing issue in the market for 10 years, at least. Valve has shown and basically said they don't care. Out of a 7 day week, expect 4 days where the market is rendered unusable, 2 where you can fight with it for 15 minutes and finally buy one item, and 1 day where it will need to be refreshed 8 times. Yeah it's beyond frustrating. Half the problem is all the bots combing the listings to snipe low priced things overloading valves servers. The other half is that valve is still using JQUERY for network requests in 2024. The only way they'll fix it is if people stop spending money on the market.

Yup it's been broken for a long time... it's quite an annyoing problem and i don't get why steam isn't focusing a whole lot more on fixing it since items from games like cs2 and tf2 generate them millions.
