Wrong Icon

[Secondhand Samurai]

Ever since I moved Steam to a new drive the icon has been wrong. First it was a white sheet of paper.

I attempted to clear the icon cache with the command prompt:

ie4uinit.exe -ClearIconCache

taskkill /IM explorer.exe /F

DEL "%localappdata%\IconCache.db" /A

shutdown /r /f /t 00

All this did was replace the plain white sheet with a white rectangle with a blue square and grey lines. Basically an icon of a PC screen.

Does anyone have a fix for this? It doesn't interfere with Steam running it's just annoying.

NOTE: un/reinstall didn't fix.
