vac ban (hardware ban)

Hey everyone
I wanted to buy some games on this account soo...
I don't know if there be something wrong with my account, I got a ban on Rust (because my Steam account got hacked, I got my account back but the hacker used cheats in Rust)
I don't know if I need to make a new account or just buy from here and all things is good

You can still buy games and play them.
However you can't play rust on this account anymore.

You need to make a new one.
I'm not sure if VAC causes any other punishments but, check to VAC FaQ for that:

You have a game ban, not a VAC ban. Rust doesn't even use VAC.

You still can buy games, your ban only affect Rust and nothing else.
