Victim of a scam and Steam Support has never emailed me again
A few days ago everything was fine when I reconnected to my steam account steam support put me in a secure connection where I logged in with a 17th number as a name. I was sent a message via steam support/valve.com referring to a website I had enter the third one, which was possibly a fraud as it wrote dates etc. I was told by the support immediately after:Don't worry, we have set you up with a secure connection because we know that your account is at risk from third-party fraud. Please remember if you made a purchase from a third-party website or where it led you from one website to another? I answered them: How can I not open any website at all from this computer.. Only csmoney through Chrome. They told me how to save the games and objects of the existing account you will have to transfer them to some other account so we can proceed by restarting your account. I created a new account to transfer the items. I was told that I will receive a message from one account to the other to accept the transfer of items so that They are doing it to me because I didn't know how to do it. They told me that because there is a technical problem the items will be transferred in 5 minutes. They asked me to log out for 40 minutes so that my account can be reset and they log out by chance dangerous accounts that might hack into my account..I asked them that if I connect in 40 minutes and I have a problem with my items how about we talk again for any help. They told me that they will serve me right away as soon as I connect in 40 minutes. I logged in after an hour or so and I notice in the report that I went to check for item fraud, that there is an account that I recently exchanged. And it had an older name than the name of the new account that I created for SupportSteam to send my items to save the items. In the middle, this account appears to be of SteamSupport because it hasn't worked and there are only my objects all in there. nothing else. The other day was a Christmas holiday so I left it for 2 days and until today they haven't sent me any email to send me my items to my new account and let's not save the old one. Among the account that only has my items there are bank receipts where the I gave it to my lawyer because it is a rather large amount.. which I had definitely given with real money and not from boxes. So I thought after 4 different emails I sent as a report where there was no response, to write a message here. my last move it will be in the same company in my country with my lawyer already collecting accounts from other people who are waiting for support response because we are 40 years old and not small children and very basic, we talk to you about real money and we pay you while at the same time we are your customers and you are turning us around. That is why through several streamers well-known in the world or in fairness by sending a lawsuit with I have proven all the details of purchases of items and 2 IDs of the accounts that you have transferred and you have not given life points, I leave it to you to choose in which way you want to be served. I expect a message from you and not from any user. Thank you from earlier!

So, your account was hijacked, you were contacted by the hijacker to move your items to the hijackers dummy account?

You weren't talking with Steam support the entire time.

No, a scammer contacted you, not someone from Steam Support. You gave your login credentials away on that 3rd party site, they hijacked your account and then hijacked the trades.

Items are gone, they will not get returned.

If you still have access to the account:

Phishing is the most likely cause, OP. When people get phished, they give out the account name, password and then active guard code. A bot quickly enters it and hijackers have access then. Ultimately 2FA is "just another code" that can be given away when getting phished. It's not a magical defense layer.

Have you secured your account? If not:
- Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
- Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
- Change your password on a secure device.
- Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
- Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

Find out how you leaked your credentials. Phishing and malware are the two ways it happens, phishing is the most likely one. Either way, find out how you leaked your credentials.

Items are gone, they do not get returned nor will you get money back for them. The item restoration policy: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9958-MJDG-3003

Not all items require confirmation. https://steamcommunity.com/groups/community_market/announcements/detail/1705067494681435160

If you don't have access to the account:

Recover the account, use the guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1126288560

Start here and don't be logged in on any Steam account: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithLogin
If Step 1 is not possible, proceed from Step 2. Along the way you can mention you don't have access to the email, phone, etc. Might need to enter a bogus one a few times to get that option.
At the end of the guide you'll make your ticket to Support. They'll tell you what proofs they want, often they ask first things (first email, first key activated on account, first payment method used, etc).

Do read up on phishing, as that's the most likely way to get an account hijacked. Malware is a second.

Edit: Also, this is a user-to-user forum. If you expect answer from someone from Valve, you really should manage your expectations.

I didn't talk to anyone who can message Steampowered..But the same ones because I got into a secure connection as he didn't take money or cards...And the items were transferred from my account with my ID to my New account as there is always a purchase in Authenticator. And even if you say that I felt a fraud and not from you because I lost the items after and not before.. And only specific items.... From the moment I sent you the account report where the items are my..why don't you send me a message to send you some proof via Steam bank purchase so that purchases can be verified on the items that are on the account I have REPORTED?

You were never talking to Steam support. It is a common scam from hijacked accounts.

Stop typing and read the post above. You've been scammed.
If I send you by email the name of the account where my items are and you check that they were hacked through my account, having proof of purchase through a bank, can you not give me my items where I can see them right now in front of me? which are all that belong only to me... Is that what you're telling me?

All you can do is report the recipient account. Scammed items are not returned.

This is a user forum. No Valve employees here.

We are users like you :hp_kyu:.

1) stop with the "you". It's only users here, nobody from Valve/Steam Support posts here nor will react.
2) Read my earlier post. In it is the Item Restoration Policy linked. Read it and understand that you will NOT get your items back.
3) do the steps I listed in my earlier post to secure your account. Learn from it.
4) stop being obtuse and listen to your fellow gamers.
I did a scan and the computer is clean, as I also did with my own computer program. I did an account recovery and in the end I was asked for a report and I again reported the account that has all my objects from Counter Strike 2. Because from what I understand when someone he deceives anyone, even if there is evidence, the thief just wins. Can you tell me outside of the email. If I finally delete my account from your company, if the account is really deleted or will the person who took my items be able to log in whenever he wants? I have changed my e-mail... there has also been a change of passwords for everything..

You need to do ALL the steps provided above to secure your account and kick the scammers out. Valve will review the report and ban the account and any others involved in the theft but the items are simply not returned back to the user and instead remain locked to the account they ended up in and cannot be sold or traded.
