Has steam made any statement about the 'Friend Activity' page not showing purchases?

Its been broken since the sale and i would have thought they would fix it quickly considering its probably losing them money. I often buy things i see my friends buying ..

Yeah i mean that, but its not working for me and my steam friends say its not working for them either. My own purchases do not show either.

Yeah. A ton of people in a few threads on the main forums are having this issue.
