Let me be clear before the anti steam brigade arrives: price decieving it's real, you can check that on black friday's offers for example.
On this platform... not sure.... the rules mentioned by Hotsauce and Haruspex seems to be enough to avoid it.
Retail stores are not allowed to do this.
So I am quite sure this is not allowed on Steam either seeing as they are operating from USA.
And I am quite sure it was in the US
