3d models, especially ones that go for 'realism' will look dated AF after 1-3 years.
But as has been said in your previous threads about pixel art, roguelikes and such things you don't like: You don't have to buy them, people who like them will buy and play them. Yes, people who are not you like such games.
I'm not going into a supermarket and tell the cashier how in the world they can sell apples when there are oranges.
Different people want different things and different people have different tastes.
