Same chargeback issue with my Visa Debit Card

Hello Everyone,
I also faced the same chargeback issue that too twice!.
I request everyone please go through the below message which I have sent to steam support and I feel everyone should send similar message to the steam so that they will take our concerns seriously!

Hello,
I recently purchased cricket 19 using my visa debit card on 27th Oct.
But today suddenly my account is locked and my game is gone.
The error says that visa has revoked the charges paid against cricket19 (INR 672)
But I contacted my bank and also directly to VISA but they said they haven't revoked the charges and the issue is with the merchant's (Steam's) end.
This is not the first time this is happening.
This happened with my earlier steam account as well because of which I created a new account to purchase the game but again same thing.
I request steam please stop scamming your customers because this has happened with a lot of steam users here in India.
I also request to re-issue my purchases for both the accounts mentioned above and also unlock my account or else together a lot of people will have to take legal action against steam.

You should not be posting account names or Transaction ID a on public forum. That is personal info no one on the forums should have access to.

I could have swore I saw another thread by a "Varun" claiming that Steam flagged them for some sort of suspicious activity, if you're the same person then perhaps you should stop doing shady/suspicious things on Steam.

That user was blocked from purchasing game gifts using wallet funds.

Don't share private info such login details, emails, phone number, purchase history, payment info like card numbers, or etc...

Now did you talk to the fruad department of your visa company as they would have access to higher level to ensure chargeback wasn't issued as they can see all possible transactions even ones hidden from the consumer because hasn't finished pending, and such.

Another is did Steam support reply to you, as only steam support can look on their end.
