Are you using it's actual launcher or through a web browser? Maybe a browser extension(s) is triggering it? I use brave browser and have no issues. Maybe firewall is blocking it? Anti-viruses? or you using a cheat menu. Which I say don't be dumb.

i dont cheat and i turned off steam to try it again and it still doesnt work

i googled and many others are having the problem. Maybe it's roblox being stupid, only time will tell.
